  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. A shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic deliveries typically take 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service availability.

  • We ship across India using reputed courier services (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.). If these are unavailable in your region, we may use other reliable providers.

International Shipping

  • At present, MOMENTIER ships within India only. International shipping options may be introduced soon.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. This email is typically sent within the 1-3 working days processing window after payment confirmation. The tracking link will be provided by our delivery partner via email or your registered contact details used while placing the order.

Important Delivery Notes & Delays

  • Orders cannot be redirected once they have been dispatched.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
