Cancellations will be accepted only if requested within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Perfume products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened, used, or tested due to strict hygiene and authenticity reasons.
A refund or replacement is applicable only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
Customers must notify us of such issues within 48 hours of delivery. IMPORTANT: Claims for missing items, leakage, breakage, or incorrect products MUST be accompanied by an unboxing video showing the product in its original packaging, along with supporting pictures.
Once the return is received and verified at our warehouse, we will process the refund. Refunds will be processed within 6-8 business days to the original payment method. Note: Once processed by us, the credit may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's policies.
The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for damages caused by neglect, improper usage, or application.
Replacement of the same item will be provided unless it is out of stock.
Return pickup will be arranged by us or through your nearest courier service, depending on availability.
Quality Assurance:
We perform thorough quality control checks on all products before dispatch. In the rare event you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please follow the claim process above.
If the package appears visibly damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse to accept it from the delivery partner and report it immediately.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
The product is used or altered.
The product shows signs of misuse or overuse.
The original packaging, including tags, labels, or accessories, is missing or damaged.
Return requests for damaged or defective items are made more than 3 business days (72 hours) after delivery.
Note: AMI Lifestyle reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
